How Residential Service Works
1. Choose Your Plan & Sign Up
Pick weekly, twice a week, bi-weekly, or a one-time cleanup based on your yard and household. Sign up online in a couple of minutes. We make the process easy.
2. Tell Us About Your Yard
We’ll ask a few quick questions: yard size, number of dogs, gate access or codes, and how long it’s been since your yard was last cleaned. This helps us show up prepared and price things accurately from day one.
3. Your First Visit
If your yard has some buildup, your first visit gets it fully caught up before we move to your regular schedule. If it’s already in good shape, we jump straight into your recurring plan.
4. We Show Up, On Schedule
You’ll get a quick text when we’re on the way. Our team sanitizes tools and boots between every property, so nothing gets tracked from one yard to the next.
5. Confirmation Every Time
Once we’re done, we’ll send a text letting you know service is complete. We include a photo confirming your gate is securely closed just so you know. We also will let you know if we noticed anything unusual or our of the ordinary.
6. Simple Monthly Billing
No invoices to chase down and no long-term contract. Your service is billed monthly, and you can pause or cancel anytime. We are super easy to work with.
